The lady at reception was really kind and had great energy in general. She made it a smooth check in and I assumed the wait would be so long and she said 15 minutes. That in itself was amazing. The doctor was so personable and made me feel seen. Especially with the circumstances of why I was there and she just talked to me like a human and not another number. On my way out, I asked if they were accepting patients, and of course they were cause they're amazing lol and registered myself with that exact doctor just like that. The pharmacist was also great, he was so busy but took his time and made effort to be quick yet efficient and answer truly anything needed.
All in all, 11/10 experience and I WILL be back (it's my new doctor's office now, that's how confident I am in their service)
